Active Release Technique:
ART® is a soft tissue management system developed by P. Michael Leahy, D.C., CCSP.
The goal of ART® is to restore optimal texture, motion, and function of the soft tissue and
release any entrapped nerves or blood vessels. This is accomplished through the removal of adhesions
or fibrosis in the soft tissues via the application of specific protocols.
Adhesions can occur as a result of acute injury, repetitive motion, and constant pressure or tension.
ART® eliminates the pain and dysfunction associated with these adhesions.
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization:
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization is founded on the principle that the stages of development of the
infant from the fetal posture to being upright are stored involuntarily in the central nervous system.
We can use the positions & stimulation points of reflex locomotion (RL) to “hack”
into the patient’s computer to rid it of viruses that have affected our loco motor system’s
performance. Often overuse, injuries, postural habits, or stress can alter our motor function.
RL is a tool to “refresh” the computer screen or “reboot” the computer.

Cold Laser: A laser is basically a focused beam of light that emits photon energy.

Bundles of light energy pass through the dermal layers, and are received within the cell membrane by
