Active Release Technique:
ART® is a soft tissue management system developed by P. Michael Leahy, D.C., CCSP. The goal of ART® is to restore optimal texture, motion, and function of the soft tissue and release any entrapped nerves or blood vessels. This is accomplished through the removal of adhesions or fibrosis in the soft tissues via the application of specific protocols. Adhesions can occur as a result of acute injury, repetitive motion, and constant pressure or tension. ART® eliminates the pain and dysfunction associated with these adhesions.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization:
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization is founded on the principle that the stages of development of the infant from the fetal posture to being upright are stored involuntarily in the central nervous system. We can use the positions & stimulation points of reflex locomotion (RL) to “hack” into the patient’s computer to rid it of viruses that have affected our loco motor system’s performance. Often overuse, injuries, postural habits, or stress can alter our motor function. RL is a tool to “refresh” the computer screen or “reboot” the computer.

Custom Nutrition and Metabolic Testing:
Many people are on too many, not enough or the wrong nutritional supplements. Metabolic tests can provide us with information to customize your nutritional program. Cutting edge laboratory evaluation of blood, urine, saliva and stool provide a functional understanding of carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, neurotransmitter activity, digestive and gut health, energy production markers of the citric acid cycle and more.

Functional Rehabilitation and Training:

TRX Suspension Training:
This tool allows an individual to perform fitness activities using a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercises. You can safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, all at an intensity which is personalized to your specific needs.

Erchonia Laser:
Cold Laser: A laser is basically a focused beam of light that emits photon energy. Low-level lasers (3LT®) do not have a thermal effect and are used to stimulate rather than destroy tissue. These types of lasers have been in use for over 25 years, and there has yet to be one recorded side effect.

ERCHONIA® Lasers emit visible coherent light that is applied to the affected area. Bundles of light energy pass through the dermal layers, and are received within the cell membrane by specific energy photo acceptors. Within the injured musculoskeletal tissue, low-level laser light initiates increased micro circulation and enhanced tissue regeneration. The overall effects are decreased pain and inflammation, and increased range of motion.
